Dyfrig’s aim is to help people to realise their potential, regardless of their background or experiences, so they can improve their performance at (and beyond) work.

As a qualified coach, he works with leaders to help them identify challenges, explore opportunities and feel confident about the important decisions they need to make.

As a Learning and Development professional, he partners with leaders to establish clear objectives, then creates a roadmap for design, delivery and evaluation.

A creative thinker and excellent facilitator, he has an influential presence and can work at operational, tactical and strategic levels. Dyfrig has led teams and Learning & Development functions, so has first-hand experience of the pressures and rewards of leading others.

He has, for over 20 years facilitated manager, leader, team and organisational development initiatives for Thomas Cook, Barclaycard and the BGL Group, including its best known brand, comparethemarket. He has worked alongside Investors in People, the Centre for Creative Leadership, Ashridge Business School, Visa Business School and the Chartered Management Institute to facilitate staff, manager and leader development.
