We are the wellness extension of The Balance Room LLC. We exist to educate and support Black women to prioritize their mental health and well-being through offering safe spaces like this:

-for healing, access to unbiased mental health resources, and intimate experiences

-all to normalize therapy

-shift the stigma of mental health in black communities
