The Victorian Jazz Club Inc. is a club for lovers of jazz, that promotes live Jazz and hosts a band at Clayton RSL on the second and fourth Saturday of each month, and some special events throughout the year, such as our New Year's Eve Dinner Dance. The bands can play traditional jazz, New Orleans Jazz, West Coast Jazz, Chicago jazz and Swing, with bands having from four to seven members, and we are proud to showcase Victoria's best jazz musicians. We also aim to promote young up and coming jazz bands in the interest of keeping jazz alive in Melbourne. We are fortunate to be able to present some overseas and interstate artists too.
