Toks Coker is a Master Healer, Teacher and Coach.

For over 30 years, Toks has been passionately holding healing workshops and empowering meditations. She believes that stillness and silence, induced by meditation, creates a clarity and calmness, that informs practical actions in daily life.

Her intense 1:1 sessions have enabled powerful transformation and breakthroughs. She has found that learning new ways of doing things stimulates the brain,as well as, the mind, body and spirit.

She is the first child of four children by a Nigerian Doctor /Chief and and an English Teacher / Midwife. She gives great respect and honour to both of them.

Constantly updating her skills she embodies love, light and joy in her life.
