We live in increasingly stressful and unpredictable times and so many of us are struggling with mental health issues and anxiety.
YOU are not alone!
Holding space for others and facilitating transformative containers, so that YOU can remember who you truly are, has always come naturally to me.
I am very passionate about working with sound and the power of the gong as well as women's centred work. I draw upon different sets of teachings and use a variety of frameworks; from hosting immersive gong baths to women’s circles & retreats to offering 1:1 energy healing sessions.
