Rhi Haworth
Hi, I’m Rhi, Founder of RhiFormer Pilates and Rhithm Dance.
I'm a self-confessed ZoukFreak and pilates devotee who discovered that social partner dancing is pure magic. Over the past decade, my work has naturally grown into TWO complementary businesses: one focused on strength, alignment, and body awareness, and the other on connection, expression, and dance.
RhiFormer Pilates
Through reformer, mat Pilates, and barre, my focus is on building strength, stability, and mobility so that people feel confident and capable in their bodies.
I came to Pilates through injury and post-surgical recovery, using it to rebuild strength, body awareness and mental resilience (and, if we’re being honest, because it was exercise she could do lying down). What began as rehabilitation quickly became a long-term movement practice.
My approach blends classical Pilates principles with a modern understanding of functional movement, helping clients develop deep core strength, hip stability, posture, and body awareness. Whether you're recovering from injury, improving athletic performance, or simply wanting to move and feel better in everyday life, the goal is always the same: stronger, more connected movement.
Rhi is primarily a Reformer Pilates instructor and has completed a year of study at RMIT’s Osteopathy program. She works across multiple studios in the Yarra Valley.
RhiFormer is built on the belief that movement should be accessible. The Monday evening community classes in Lilydale are low-cost, require no memberships, and began in 2026.
Rhithm Dance
Dance, for me, is meditation in motion. I began with no formal dance background, but was always drawn to Latin rhythms, embodied movement, and the quiet connection that happens on a shared beat. Over the past decade, that journey has evolved into a career spanning Brazilian Zouk, Pilates instruction, and guiding couples to create wedding dances that feel authentic, connected, and deeply personal.
Whether you’re completely new to dance or refining a specific goal, my focus is on creating a safe, grounded space where movement becomes intuitive, expressive, and meditative.
I’d love to welcome you onto the d-floor and into the Rhithm (get it?) where connection leads, and movement follows.
