ReadyMeNow is a Mississippi based 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, volunteer-run nonprofit. Our mission is to improve survival rates by training bystanders and community groups to save lives using basic skills and quiet courage where they live, work and gather. We are proud to be an American Red Cross Licensed Training Provider. Certified instructors volunteer to travel and meet people where they are so that our mission builds more capable bystanders statewide.
- We deliver free 30 minute Red Cross Hands-Only CPR awareness presentations at no cost as a public service in hosting locations such as public libraries.
- Our free "Stories That Strengthen" presentation uses storytelling as a teaching tool. Fictional characters relate small challenges of everyday life. This helps participants reflect quietly on the value of their own life lessons. This strengthens self-awareness, problem solving, and decision making. Simple practice exercises build habits that produce more personal readiness to help people respond to change or crisis with quiet courage.
We provide American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid /CPR/AED certification classes on a cost recovery basis that supports our educational mission. Perfect for small groups and individuals who want more lifesaving knowledge and skills to help others survive medical emergencies at work, at home, or in the community.
