Welcome to Planning Club!
Want to feel calmer and more in control? Less overwhelmed? Able to focus on some longer-term goals? Or just to have more time to yourself?
I believe that planning is an under-rated wellbeing tool - some time spent planning can really help things to go more smoothly... and yet we're often so busy actually doing everything that we don't have time for it!
Planning Club is here to give you that time - I won't tell you how or what to plan (though I'll give a few pointers of things that you might do), the majority of the session will be yours to focus on your own plans. The group is a supportive space and the focus is always on progress rather than perfection.
