Nathan Laxton

Nathan and Deb wrote down a vision in 1997 of a Christian retreat centre where those who came could be restored, refreshed and empowered for their calling in God. After 20 years of searching for a venue all over the UK, we found Harker Grange in beautiful Cumbria and moved in on 12 April 2017. We soon realised that it didn't take 20 years to find the right place, but it took 20 years for us to develop and be equipped for the ministry - we are still growing. Nathan's passion for music and ecumenical working has now born fruit in the new group of singers called Deo Volente (God Willing) and we hope to both share the good news of Christ, have shared community/fellowship and raise funds for local charities at the same time.
