MONGA, or Make Oxford Nightlife Great Again, is an artistic collective founded to revitalize Oxford's nightlife in response to the ongoing decline of the city’s club scene. Over the past decade, City Council and University regulations have imposed strict limitations and led to the closure of several beloved venues, stifling the city's once-thriving after-dark culture. MONGA seeks to fill this void by offering a bold alternative to Oxford’s limited mainstream nightlife options.
