Hi! I am Adel Houten I run two successful business MindMasters Academy & Health Perks Ltd.

I deliver courses in clinical Hypnotherapy, EFT, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) as well as helping people on a one to one basis to recover from depression, anxiety and trauma.
