Clinica Family Health & Wellness (formerly two respected organizations - Mental Health Partners and Clinica Family Health - now merged into one) is a non-profit provider of affordable medical, dental, and mental health services. With locations based in Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin counties, we focus on providing holistic mind and body care to everyone - including those who are uninsured, enrolled in Medicaid, or cannot afford the health care they need to live their best lives.
