Luxembourg WellBeing Club

Our Club is proposing mental wellbeing programs based on the science of Positive Psychology, intending to offer:

-       Knowledge and practical tools on how to increase your level of life satisfaction and on how  to maintain or improve on the long term your mental wellbeing with proven methods of Positive Psychology (among others);

-       A playful and interactive environment;

-       The possibility to personally connect with others here in Luxembourg, to forget about your daily routine, at the same time improving your daily life, to better understand yourself and to reconnect to your inner child.
