Luciana Simion

Luciana Simion, JD, MBA, is a seasoned attorney, organizational consultant, and lecturer. Luciana is a Ph.D. student in Organizational Behavior at Claremont Graduate University, part of the prestigious Claremont College consortium in Southern California. Her research focuses on leadership development and organizational justice, being an active contributor to the Justice and Organizational Justice (JOB) Lab. In addition to her academic pursuits, Luciana manages the Maldonado Executive Leadership Institute at Claremont Graduate University. She also serves as lecturer at faculty at several higher education institutions, including California State University, San Marcos and Mount Saint Mary's University in Los Angeles. Driven by a passion for practical application, she also operates as an organizational consultant, providing expertise in business intelligence, strategic management, and executive leadership coaching to organizations worldwide.
