As a mother and wife, Karissa intimately understands the challenges of balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. Drawing from her diverse background—from teaching dance and early education to owning and operating property management and trucking businesses—she brings a wealth of life lessons and expertise to her mentorship practice.

Karissa's dedication to personal and professional growth is further evidenced by her pursuit of ICF certification with Momentum Education. A Portland native, she holds a BA in Dance with minors in entrepreneurship and psychology.

Outside of mentorship, Karissa finds solace in nature, often spending time with her horses, traveling, or indulging in the pages of a captivating novel.
