Justine Walsh

Born and raised in London, my journey took an exciting turn when I moved to New York City at the age of 26. Working as a nanny for high-profile families, I found adventure and fulfilment in caring for children and exploring the world. Yet, despite my successes, I often felt overwhelmed. Sleepless nights became frequent as my mind raced, leaving me exhausted. I knew something had to change—my search for peace had begun.

That search led me to meditation. I explored various techniques—Buddhist, guided, breath-based—before finding my home in Vedic meditation. Within weeks of meditating twice daily, I experienced a profound shift: restful sleep, renewed energy, and inner calm. For the first time, I was truly at peace.

As I shared my transformation with a friend, I realised how profound this change was. My anxiety had faded, replaced by a sense of connection and clarity. Inspired by this awakening, I committed myself to nurturing not just my own well-being, but that of others.
