I’m a holistic pharmacist born in Spain and based in Dublin for the last 19 years specialized in nutrition, Sound healer certified teacher training, Reiki master, Kundalini yoga practitioner and Ayurveda and Chinese medicine lover.
My purpose as community pharmacist has always been to help people achieve positive changes in lifestyle through education and guidance. As I always felt, Traditional/Allopathic medicine doesn’t hold all the answers.
My connection to sound and music started at a very young age attending music school and playing piano, since then I use sounds and instrumental music as a tool to relax and find harmony.
It was much later in life when I discovered Sound Healing as a holistic practice and packed my bags and went to train in the Indian Himalayas where I didn't only find my path in life but my true purpose and decided to embark on this amazing venture, creating S&S JOURNEY.
I've facilitated numerous group sound journey's in Dublin and Ibiza 1:1 sessions, lead retreats at Powerscourt Spring Wicklow mountains and collaborated in retreats in Ibiza.
