We are Andrew Phillips and Sven Brook, and between us, we’ve led and grown businesses responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue across government, banking, utilities, mining, education, retail and enterprise markets.
Andrew has led teams of up to 250 people and deals worth up to $300 million across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific.
Sven led a $150 million per annum business and has built high-performing teams across complex solutions and sales markets.
But ImpactWon didn’t come from success. It came from frustration.
Andrew built the Right-to-Win lens after losing a major deal that should have been won - and deciding there had to be a logical, disciplined way to predict success before the client decides.
