As head of a busy marketing agency in London, Emily experienced the transformative nature of yoga & meditation on a modern stressful life first hand. After 10+ years practicing yoga and meditation she formally trained as a Vinyasa/Hatha yoga instructor with Moons, and now brings her playful but focused approach to the mat.
Emily truly believes yoga is for EVERY BODY - she guides compassionate practices suitable for all levels of experience and combines her learnings from working across mental health projects, social inclusion and social impact over the last 10 yrs and passionately wants to share tools and knowledge to help people fear less; to live a more connected, anxiety-free and joyful life.
Fresh from advanced training with internationally renowned Michael James Wong, Emily is excited to share her learnings and passion in a welcoming, warm & relaxed environment.
