Edinburg Cultural Arts
The mission of the Cultural Arts Division is to provide programs and events that promote a deeper appreciation of the Arts and Culture in the Rio Grande Valley
The Cultural Arts Division hosts various events throughout the year. Events include monthly festivals such as the Festival of International Books and Arts Community Celebration, art exhibits, operas, theatrical performances, concerts, and conferences. As a promoter of culture, the Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library has taken initiative in using literature and visual arts to positively impact our local community. Festivals are sponsored by The City of Edinburg and exhibits are held throughout the year at the Roberts Family Exhibit Hall at the Sekula Library.
