Claire Sulmont-Rossé, CSGA-INRAE

Claire Sulmont Rosse is a senior scientist in consumer science at Centre for Taste and Feeding Behavior (CSGA, INRAE, CNRS, Université Bourgogne Europe, Institut AgroDijon). For 15 years, she has initiated research on the determinants of food behaviour in the elderly and on strategies to improve food intake and meal enjoyment in this population. She is skilled to carry out qualitative and quantitative survey, field intervention and participatory research. She has a strong experience in inter-disciplinary / multi-location projects and she is very active in the dissemination of research results toward scientists, stakeholders and to the wider public.
