CAREfully Anchored
CAREfully Anchored was founded by Tiffany, a caregiver since 2016 who knows firsthand the overwhelming, isolating reality of caring for loved ones through serious illness.
Her caregiving journey began when her father was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Failure and needed dialysis. She moved back to her hometown to help with his care, and just as he received a life-changing kidney transplant in 2019, her mother entered a medically induced coma due to complications from cardiac surgery. For three months, Tiffany navigated hospitals and rehabilitation facilities while processing the emotional whiplash of her father's recovery and her mother's crisis.
Through it all, she felt ill-equipped and alone. But she also learned through trial, error, and hard-won experience what actually works: the organizational systems, the questions to ask, the mindset shifts, and the support structures that make caregiving sustainable.
Today, her father is six years post-transplant and thriving, and her mother has recovered well and adjusted to her new reality. Now Tiffany is channeling everything she learned into building the community she wished she'd had.
CAREfully Anchored exists to share those lessons and create spaces where caregivers can feel seen, supported, and equipped to navigate their own journeys. Our events combine personal storytelling with practical strategies, helping caregivers transform from feeling overwhelmed to feeling anchored.
