Caleidoscope- Comprehensive Autism Support

Caleidoscope CIC (Reg. No 12219552)

Caleidoscope CIC was founded out of a deep personal commitment to advocating for autistic individuals. My journey began when my son was diagnosed with autism, and I quickly realized the lack of support available for both autistic individuals and their families. Determined to make a difference, I combined my extensive career in education, lived experience, and academic research to establish Caleidoscope CIC.

Autism not only reshaped my family life but also transformed my professional path. My husband was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome in his late 40s, deepening my understanding of autism across different life stages. With over 20 years of experience in education—including mainstream, special educational needs (SEN), and further education (FE)—I transitioned into autism consultancy, focusing on promoting social inclusion, diversity, and breaking the stigma of autism.

✔ Developing and managing education provisions for young adults with SEN in FE colleges.

✔ Delivering training and workshops for parents, professionals, and organizations to enhance their understanding of autism and neurodiversity.

Author & Thought Leader

I am the author of "A is for Alex", a personal and insightful account of my son’s autism diagnosis and our journey as a family. My work is rooted in both lived experience and academic research, ensuring that every course, workshop, and webinar I create is evidence-based and impactful.

A Safe and Inclusive Space

At Caleidoscope CIC, I see autism as a different ability rather than a disability. My mission is to provide a professional, inclusive, and judgment-free environment where autistic individuals and their families feel heard, supported, and empowered.
