AIM TO INSPIRE
Angela Sims is the Founder and Executive Director of AIM To Inspire, an organization dedicated to creating access, opportunity, and belonging for youth and young adults with diverse abilities.
As a woman living with an unseen disability, Angela brings both lived experience and deep compassion into the work she leads. She is also the author of the gold medal, best-selling book Master Keys, where she shares tools and insight to support families navigating disabilities.
Through AIM To Inspire, Angela creates meaningful programs and experiences focused on workforce development, life skills, and inclusive community engagement. One of her signature events, A Prom For Me, is a red carpet celebration designed to ensure individuals with disabilities have the opportunity to experience the joy, confidence, and connection that come with a traditional prom.
Angela’s mission is simple but powerful: to break barriers, shift perspectives, and create spaces where every individual feels seen, valued, and celebrated.
