Roosevelt Custer Regional Council exists to support Southwest North Dakota through rural innovation, regional collaboration, leadership, tourism, economic and community development. Region 8 consists of the counties of Adams, Billings, Bowman, Dunn, Golden Valley, Hettinger, Slope, and Stark.
