Dr Mike Greene DL is a serial entrepreneur, business mentor, and speaker with over 40 years of lived business experience.
After being bankrupt and homeless in his twenties, Mike went on to build and exit a multi-million-pound global consultancy operating across the UK, the USA, New Zealand, and 18 European countries. He retired from corporate life at 46.
He has since bought, developed, and sold hundreds of residential and commercial properties, and now focuses on mentoring business owners, founders, and leaders who want sustainable growth without burnout.
Mike has mentored over 1,000 businesses one-to-one and many thousands more through group programmes, speaking, and training. He is a CPD-accredited public speaker and master trainer, known for his no-nonsense, practitioner-led approach.
He has appeared on Channel 4’s Secret Millionaire, is the author of Failure Breeds Success, and hosts the Success Is a System podcast (in the top 100 of Apple's 2.6million podcasts).
Mike holds an Honorary Doctorate of Education from Anglia Ruskin University for his contribution to learning and behavioural development, is a qualified behavioural profiler, and serves as a Deputy Lieutenant for Cambridgeshire.
He is passionate about practical mentoring, personal responsibility, and helping business owners break through limits created by outdated thinking, systems, and beliefs.
