Self Care Academy
Welcome to the Self Care Academy! We are a collective group of healers who nurture and empower our community through wellness classes and workshops. We create spaces where together we share and support the growth in our wellness and healing journeys. We provide a sanctuary for those who are dedicated to the art of healing through traditional therapy techniques, holistic practices, energy work, DIY classes, or other modalities.
