Ebi-Ayo Supper Club
The Ebi-Ayo Supper Club is a dining experience where culture, community, and flavor come together. Rooted in Ebi (family in Yoruba) and Ayo (joy or happiness), this supper club is more than a dinner—it’s a celebration of connection.
Ebi-Ayo was born from my own journey. I was born in Nigeria, and in December 1998, my family relocated to Columbia, Missouri. The very first meal I had in America was Italian food—and from that moment on, Italian cuisine became a part of my life. It shaped my childhood, followed me into adulthood, and sparked a lifelong love for cooking.
In 2021, I traveled to Italy and something clicked. The way people gathered over food, the pride in their traditions, the joy in each meal—it all reminded me of home. That trip brought me right back to my Nigerian roots, and inspired me to start the Ebi-Ayo Supper Club.
At each dinner, we serve five family-style courses that blend the bold flavors of Nigerian cuisine with the elegance of Italian cooking. It’s a fusion of heritage and experience, plated with purpose and paired with wine. More than anything, it’s about bringing people together—just like we do back home in Nigeria, where sharing a meal is how we check in on each other, build trust, and strengthen bonds.
We also give back. A portion of each dinner supports Operation Spread The Love, our quarterly initiative that helps give back to the community and support those in need.
Come for the food, stay for the stories—and leave feeling full in every way that matters.
See you at the chef’s table.
