Danielle Lee Darling is the creator and teacher of the Moksha Method, a somatic movement experience designed to help people get out of their heads and back into their bodies. Blending mindful movement, breath, and nervous system support, Danielle guides students through practices that release stored stress and emotion—without needing to “talk it out” first. Her classes are grounded, empowering, and intentionally spacious, offering a place to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and feel what’s been waiting to move.
