Canadian Mental Health Association, Newfoundland and Labrador Division (CMHA-NL) is the provincial division of the nation-wide leader and champion for mental health. CMHA-NL offers workplace mental health training, certification sessions for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and more. We also provide information and education sessions for youths and seniors; please contact us to learn more.
