Sacred Plant Medicine - Herb Circle

I run foraging walks, women's circles and workshops on kitchen witchery: cooking with herbs, wild foods and herbal medicine making. I am also a qualified massage therapist, yoga teacher and Restore Your Core teacher. My aim is to foster a connection to nature, the seasons and our bodies, to develop resilience through food and movement.I am a Community Herbalist and Nutritional Therapist, the chapter coordinator of Herbalists without Borders Central Scotland, a member of The Association of Foragers, co-organiser of the Scottish Wild Food Festival, a herbal student with the Plant Medicine School, and Founder of the non-profit Movement in Thyme CIC.
