Daughters of Both Suns is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing trauma-informed mental health support for Black and Latina women. Founded with the mission to break barriers to care, the organization offers free and low-cost therapy through the Sanar Therapy Fund, culturally aligned counseling, and a Resource Navigator program that connects women to vital services like housing, food, legal, reproductive, and wellness support.At its core, Daughters of Both Suns believes healing happens at the intersection of community, culture, and resilience. The organization is committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where women can process trauma, reclaim their voices, and access the resources they deserve.By weaving together therapy, resource navigation, and advocacy, Daughters of Both Suns empowers women to not only heal but also thrive.
