Introducing “Share a Lunch With” — a new conversation series by the INSEAD Women in Business Club
We are delighted to launch “Share a Lunch With”, a new series of informal conversations hosted by the Women in Business Alumni Club IAAF.
The idea is simple: take a real pause in the middle of a busy day to exchange ideas, share experiences, and connect around the topics that shape modern careers — *leadership, diversity, parenthood and career, as well as mental health*.
Each session will feature a guest — from the INSEAD community or beyond — whose experience opens an honest conversation about how we work, lead, and find balance in demanding environments. Whether online or in person, Share a Lunch With aims to build a space for reflection and dialogue, where professional insights meet real-life stories.
💬 Episode 1 — Share a Lunch With Nada Soubra (MBA’10J)
For the first edition, we will welcome Nada Soubra (MBA’10J) — Executive Health Coach and Senior Director for Diversity, Inclusion, Mental Health and Wellbeing at BCG.
After 15 years at BCG, marked by relocations, parental leaves, and a personal health journey, Nada now helps leaders build sustainable energy, focus, and resilience through her work as an Executive Health Coach.
From energy and focus to gut health and hormone balance, the session will explore how small, strategic changes can create powerful shifts in personal and professional wellbeing. She’ll offer the practical, real-world strategies that helped her recover and thrive despite competing pressures.
Share a Lunch With is hosted by Alice Hourquebie-Sagnières (MBA’24D), privacy lawyer turned entrepreneur, founder of Mom Inc, a mission-driven startup using AI to support mothers in relaunching their careers and connecting companies with untapped talent. Passionate about female leadership and equity at work, she is now lead of the IAAF - Women in Business club.
* Join us for this first “Share a Lunch With” conversation — and take the time to connect, listen, and reflect with the community.
