Content:
- 7 key items to address to ensure your negotiation is successful, according to the Mutual Gains Strategy promoted by the Harvard Project of Negotiation
- Exercise: a face-to-face negotiation on salary and annual bonus between a HR executive and a successful sales executive
The workshop will be run by Philippe Etienne, consultant, coach and trainer in communication and negotiation. A graduate in law and Sciences-Po Paris, Philippe also works for the European Negotiation Center where he teaches the strategy of mutual gains advocated by the Harvard Project of Negotiation.
Should you face an impossibility to attend this workshop, please inform Giuliana (giuliana@inseadalumni.fr) as early as possible. As we have limited places to this workshop, a “no show” means that some fellow alumni would not be accepted.
