· One participant presents a real case.

· The group asks questions, offers suggestions, and co-creates solutions.

· The presenter reflects on key learnings—all guided by a seasoned facilitator.

· Each case is discussed in about 20 minutes to keep the session lively and impactful.
All topics are submitted in advance for a smooth and tailored experience, and strict confidentiality is observed.
