REPLENISH: Dip into Nature - Yoga and Wild Swimming Day Retreat

OMB yoga presents a rejuvenating day retreat in the serene setting of Lourdoueix-Saint-Pierre (23). Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you flow through yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions and experience the wild swimming in the Natural Swimming pool. This is a perfect opportunity to reconnect to your true nature and recharge your mind, body, and soul.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner looking to try something new, this retreat is open to all levels. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the yoga practice and ensure a safe and enjoyable wild swimming experience. Take this day to unwind, reset, and replenish your spirit in the heart of nature.

Cost:
- 80 euros per person including morning welcome refreshments, lunch, & tea and cake and access to the glorious natural swiming pool.
50 euros to reserve place, and 30 euros on arrival (cash or cheque).

Organisé par

Olivia has over 600 hours of Yoga Teacher training and several years of personal practice. She fell in love with yoga in 2010 at University and has been practicing since. She trained in 2018; Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. Following this she has trained in Yoga for Pregnancy, Well Woman Yoga Therapy and Yoga & Mindfulness for Pregnancy and Childbirth.
