Participez à une balade dans les rues de Bruxelles en compagnie du photographe pour réaliser des photos en extérieur. Vous aurez l'occasion de perfectionner vos compétences avec ses conseils, tout en étant entouré de passionnés de la photographie.

Le photowalk sera dispensé en anglais.

Du matériel Leica vous sera fourni pour l'atelier dans la limite des stocks disponibles. Vous êtes également libres de ramener votre boîtier, n’hésitez pas à solliciter nos équipes pour tester du matériel ou demander des explications.

Nous vous prions de bien vouloir apporter une pièce d'identité, qui nous servira de garantie pour le prêt de matériel. Merci de venir avec une carte SD pour repartir avec vos images. Pour profiter pleinement de l'atelier, nous vous recommandons d’utiliser une carte SDXC ou SDHC, type UHS I ou UHS II, avec une mémoire au minimum de 32 GO et 170mb/s.

Join the Leica community and photographer Mathys Haddouche for a photowalk at the Brussels Street Photography Festival, on Sunday, May 1st, 2025!

Take part in a photowalk through the streets of Brussels alongside the photographer to capture outdoor shots. You'll have the opportunity to refine your skills with his guidance while being surrounded by fellow photography enthusiasts.

Please note:

The photowalk will be conducted in english.

Leica equipment will be provided for the workshop, subject to availability. You are also welcome to bring your own camera. Feel free to ask our team to test equipment or request any explanations.
Please bring a valid ID, which will be used as a deposit for the equipment loan.
Don’t forget to bring an SD card to take your images home. To fully enjoy the workshop, we recommend using an SDXC or SDHC card, UHS I or UHS II, with at least 32 GB of storage and a speed of 170 MB/s.

Leica-apparatuur is beschikbaar voor de workshop, afhankelijk van de voorraad. U mag ook uw eigen camera meebrengen. Ons team staat klaar om u te helpen bij het testen van apparatuur en het geven van uitleg.

Neem een identiteitsbewijs mee, dit dient als borg bij het lenen van apparatuur.

Vergeet niet een SD-kaart mee te brengen om je foto's op te slaan. Om optimaal gebruik te maken van de workshop, raden we een SDXC- of SDHC-kaart aan, type UHS-I of UHS-II, met een minimale opslagcapaciteit van 32 GB en een schrijfsnelheid van 170 mb/s.

Né à Paris et originaire de Pondichéry, en Inde, Steve Ney développe très tôt une passion pour la photographie. Guidé par sa mère, qui naviguait entre l'argentique et le numérique, il découvre dès son plus jeune âge ce qu'il appelle « l'appareil à figer la vie ». Très tôt, il ressent le désir profond de raconter des histoires à travers le prisme des images.

Aujourd’hui, Steve Ney continue d’explorer le monde de la photographie, mêlant créativité et expérience de vie pour créer des œuvres uniques et captivantes. Ses racines culturelles variées, combinées à sa vision artistique, enrichissent ses photographies d'une rare authenticité et d'une grande richesse.

La photographie devient pour lui un pont le rapprochant de ses origines indiennes, l’incitant à dépasser les visions stéréotypées et les clichés habituels. Steve Ney nourrit une profonde volonté de révéler et de présenter une vision authentique et nuancée de l'Inde moderne. Chaque image qu'il capture est imprégnée de sa passion pour son pays.

Born in Paris with roots in Pondicherry, India, Steve Ney developed a passion for photography at an early age. Guided by his mother, who worked with both film and digital photography, he discovered what he calls “the device that freezes life” from a young age. Early on, he felt a deep desire to tell stories through the lens of his camera.

Today, Steve Ney continues to explore the world of photography, blending creativity and life experience to create unique and captivating works. His diverse cultural background, combined with his artistic vision, enriches his photographs with rare authenticity and depth.

For him, photography serves as a bridge connecting him to his Indian heritage, pushing him to go beyond stereotypes and conventional clichés. Steve Ney is deeply committed to revealing and presenting an authentic and nuanced vision of modern India. Each image he captures reflects his passion for his country.

Steve Ney, geboren in Parijs en van Indiase afkomst uit Pondicherry, ontdekte al op jonge leeftijd zijn passie voor fotografie. Onder invloed van zijn moeder, die zowel met film als digitale fotografie werkte, leerde hij wat hij noemt "de camera die het leven bevriest" kennen. Vanaf het begin voelde hij een diep verlangen om verhalen te vertellen door middel van beelden.

Vandaag de dag blijft Steve Ney de wereld van de fotografie verkennen, waarbij hij creativiteit en levenservaring combineert om unieke en meeslepende werken te creëren. Zijn diverse culturele achtergrond, in combinatie met zijn artistieke visie, geeft zijn foto's een zeldzame authenticiteit en diepgang.
