MASTERCLASS #15: WHAT CAN LEADERS LEARN FROM ARTISTS TO REGENERATE?

Extractive leaders consume resources – they take. Generative leaders seeks to create value for people, society, and shareholders. Art and creativity offer fresh ways to reconnect with meaning, intuition, and systems thinking. Artists embrace uncertainty, failure, and experimentation — and what can leaders take from that? Tara Ocean Foundation will be discussed as a living example of how creativity, systemic thinking, and cross-disciplinary collaboration can regenerate both knowledge and consciousness about our relationship with the planet.

We invite you to join a conversation moderated by Marie Humblot-Ferrero, VP Strategy & Marketing, Land and Air Systems at Thales (co-author of Why the World Needs Generative Leaders) with :

- Romain Troublé, Executive Director, Tara Ocean Foundation

- Fanny Potier-Koninckx, Partner and Director at BCG, MBA01’D and co-author of Why the World Needs Generative Leaders, and the secret to building great leaders

Following the round table, participants will be split into smaller groups and exposed to different cases related to the theme. This will be a great opportunity to engage in healthy debates.
