Join us in Saint Romain, 16210 for an afternoon of joyful Intentions - A peaceful art and wellbeing afternoon.

Alongside Megan from Rustic Retreat, we will also be joined by Samantha O’Keefe from @gate___house a personal growth coach and somatic movement teacher, Sam will guide us through a sharing circle, journalling practice, meditation and more before we dive into setting our intentions for 2026. Together we will paint and create intention ideas to take home and keep us on track for the year ahead.

The session price includes all creative materials, refreshments and you will leave with your illustrated intentions.
