#CookForSYRIA started as a global fundraising initiative curated by Clerkenwell Boy and SUITCASE Magazine in partnership with Unicef NEXTGeneration London. #CookForSYRIA France is in collaboration with Unicef's NEXTGeneration France and our partner chefs Thierry Marx, Juan Arbelaez and Pierre Sang. From Oct. 19 - Nov. 30 we are inviting restaurateurs, chefs, bakers and café owners from around France to take part in #CookForSyria by putting a ‘Syrian-inspired twist’ on one of their favourite signature dishes (or by creating a new dish) and donating 2 EUR from each sale of that dish. Syrian cuisine is one of the oldest in the world and reflects the country’s rich cultural heritage with influences from across the Middle East and beyond. Whether you’ve cooked for Syria, eaten at one of our partner restaurants or just want to repost beautiful images of Syrian inspired dishes, we are asking you all to spread the word. Share the love via @CookForSyria and @NextGenFrance: http://cookforsyria.com/france/ or bonjour@cookforsyria.com.
