Organized in Marseille, on the sidelines of the general assembly of the network of European cooperation agencies (Practitioners’ Network), this event held by Expertise France is part of the Global Gateway strategy. It aims at a collective reflection on the improvement of international exchanges by sea and land, to promote new partnerships in terms of financing, operation and governance of the sector, to enhance European public and private expertise in the development of strategic corridors with particular attention to the Euro-Mediterranean area and the Europe-Africa relationship via the Mediterranean.

The objectives of the European Union’s Global Gateway strategy:

Contribute to the development and economic integration of partner countries by accelerating digital, energy and ecological transitions

Encourage investments in global infrastructure that creates sustainable, smart, resilient, inclusive and safe networks in all modes of transport.
