You are 55 or more, with 5 to 10 years of career ahead of you

Or you are younger than 55 but want to understand whether Portfolio career could be an alternative to a permanent career

You would rather not copy paste from your most recent permanent contrat

You envision the future stage of your career as a bundle of activities

You nevertheless feel helpless in the face of the questions that arise;

- what are my real needs?

- what are my constraints (professional and personal)?

- what types of activity should/could I develop? (time sharing, consulting, interim management,involvement in non-profits, etc.)

- how can network help me?

- what level of remuneration do I need? is this realistic?

- what legal status should I consider?

Come and think in a small group about these different dimensions (and others)

L'atelier sera animé par Nicolas Bontron (MBA 97J), Directeur Associé de Transition Plus, cabinet spécialisé dans l’accompagnement de cadres supérieurs et dirigeants en gestion de crise de carrière.

Après 15 ans passés dans les télécoms et la high-tech à l'international, et 3 ans de conseils RH, Nicolas a rejoint le cabinet Transition Plus au début de 2009. Il s'est formé au coaching en 2005 et intervient à l’INSEAD en orientation carrière depuis 2006.
