About Catalyst for Systems Change (CSC)
Catalyst for Systems Change (CSC) is a nonprofit working at the intersection of education, workforce, and housing, using experiential learning and youth leadership in action to transform systems. We take an intergenerational approach, bringing youth, families, and community leaders together to examine Minnesota’s youth ecosystem and redesign it so it truly supports young people’s development and long-term success.
Our work is youth-driven. Young people come to the table with an agenda of their own, backed by lived experience and data, challenging systems to do better. Through co-designed solutions, we create impact that the community shares ownership of — ensuring the changes we make today are sustainable for years to come.
