I'm James, a Google Analytics consultant in the UK.

I've had a long career in digital, which has included working for the BBC and the University of Oxford (where I regularly ran training courses). These days, my focus is helping people to make the most of Google Analytics (GA).

I provide GA training courses. I try to make these effective, varied, and enjoyable for attendees. I'm open about the strengths and weaknesses of GA.

I regularly write articles about GA and take on client work.

I’m based just outside London, in a place called Thame. When I’m away from the laptop, I like to watch films and cycle in the countryside.
