Wim Kerkhoff is the founder and CEO of three companies serving MSPs around the world: improvingit (a Microsoft-focused MSP), Crafty Penguins (a Linux and DevOps support team), and TopLeft (a SaaS platform helping MSPs adopt visual work management and flow-based delivery).
With over 20 years in the MSP world, Wim has grown his companies from a solo operation to a team of more than 40, learning firsthand how to move from chaos to clarity with higher operational maturity. After losing key clients due to unreliable project delivery (even while using a PSA), he rebuilt his approach using Lean and Agile concepts. He focused on real-world tools and team habits that built alignment and accountability. That journey led to TopLeft, which now helps MSPs across North America deliver more consistently and with less stress.
Wim’s passion is practical transformation. Whether coaching leaders, facilitating advisory boards, or speaking at events, his focus stays the same: helping MSPs create healthier teams, improve flow, and deliver better results with clear systems and repeatable practices.
