- Start Time: Meet at SONNY Frederikberg at 8:45 AM for an 9:00 AM start.
- Bag Drop: Available at SONNY.
- 3 Pace Groups: 5:00 min/km, 5:15 min/km, 5:30 min/km.
- Fuel provided by Maurten.
- Post-Run: Coffee and breakfast curated by SONNY coffee.
All paces, all faces. This run is open to everyone with a minimum of experience and feeling comfortable running for over an hour. No one gets left behind.
