NLP Santé, Les Rencontres de l’ANS et d’Inria Date : mardi 7 avril 2026 de 17h30 à 19h suivi d’échanges libres autour d’un moment convivial.Format hybride : Paris Santé Campus (rotonde ANS Arena 4e étage) OU en visio.Co-organisé par : l’ANS (Agence du Numérique en Santé) et Inria (Institut national de recherche en sciences et technologies du numérique). Notre ambition :Réunir et co-construire une communauté de chercheurs, de professionnels de santé, de développeurs spécialistes du traitement des données, de représentants d’entreprises (startups, PME, grands comptes) aussi bien expérimentés que désireux de se familiariser avec ce domaine. Deux objectifs- Favoriser le partage d'expériences, les bonnes pratiques dans la conception et l'utilisation de modèles NLP pour tout champ d’application appliqué à la santé numérique ;- Sensibiliser les acteurs publics et privés aux cas d’usages existants.

PROGRAMME (FR)17h30 – Mot d’introduction - ANS et Inria 17h35 – Présentation Recherche" : Prédiction du risque de décès à trois mois de patients hospitalisés pour insuffisance cardiaque (PREDHIC)Intervenant :Pierre Zweigenbaum, Directeur de Recherche émérite (LISN, CNRS, Université Paris-Saclay).Résumé (FR) : Estimer plus tôt le risque de décès ou de réhospitalisation chez un patient hospitalisé pour insuffisance cardiaque permettrait une meilleure prise en charge de ce patient. Je décrirai des travaux réalisés pour prédire ce risque à l'aide de méthodes de traitement automatique des langues et d'apprentissage supervisé, à partir des notes cliniques rédigées au cours du séjour ainsi que des données structurées du dossier du patient. Son thème de recherche principal est l'extraction d'informations à partir de textes biomédicaux. Actuellement coordinateur du projet ANR PREDHIC sur l'extraction d'informations et la classification de textes médicaux, il fait partie du projet BPI PARTAGES qui mobilise trente équipes françaises, académiques et hospitalières, pour promouvoir des communs numériques pour le traitement automatique du français en santé. I will report on the work performed to predict this risk using natural language processing and supervised machine learning, based on the clinical notes written during the hospital stay and the structured data from the patient record. His research focus is information extraction from biomedical text. Currently the PI of the ANR-funded PREDHIC project on information extraction and classification of medical texts, he is a co-PI of the BPI-funded PARTAGES project on the Advanced Development of French-language Digital Commons for Generative Artificial Intelligence in Health.
