Guided Chamonix Hike - Nature Journalling and Mindful Mountain Hike
Slow down and connect more deeply with nature on this intermediate hike involving creative and mindful activities.
Led by Alistair Crompton, an International Mountain Leader and yoga teacher, and Patrick Markey-Bell, a local naturalist and conservationist, this guided hike offers a slower, more mindful way to experience the Alps.
As we explore the forests and mountain landscapes of the Chamonix Valley, we'll use nature journalling and mindful activities to deepen our understanding of the wildlife, geology and landscapes around us.
Nature journalling isn't about producing beautiful drawings or perfect notes. It's about slowing down, paying closer attention and recording your curiosity through simple sketches, collection, writing and observation. No artistic experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to look a little more closely.
