Finding the right meditation for you

The workshops that I offer give you the opportunity to learn  life skills that you'll be able to use on a regular or less regular basis, it's up to you how you use the information.The workshops are experiential as I've found that the most fun and informative way to learn.  This way you'll get to try out different techniques, share your experience (if you want to) with the group and learn from what others have to say.I ask that you come along with an open mind and leave judgment at home!All workshops come with handouts unless otherwise stated.Les ateliers que j’offre vous donnent l’occasion d’acquérir des compétences de vie que vous pourrez utiliser de façon régulière ou moins régulière, c’est à vous de décider comment vous utilisez l’information.Les ateliers sont expérientiels car j’ai trouvé que c’était la façon la plus amusante et informative d’apprendre. De cette façon, vous pourrez essayer différentes techniques, partager votre expérience (si vous le souhaitez) avec le groupe et apprendre de ce que les autres ont à dire.Je vous demande de venir avec un esprit ouvert et de laisser le jugement à la maison!Tous les ateliers sont accompagnés de documents, sauf indication contraire.

Perhaps you've not found the right type of meditation for you?!There are many different ways to meditate but only know of one or two ways and they don't gel with you?This workshop has been designed to help you to find the right meditation for you.During the course of 3 hours you'll get to experiment, try out several different types of meditation.By the end of the workshop you'll know more about which method or methods suit you and so find it easier to sit and meditate regularly.
