Entry will be refused to those who are not registered.Please note that access will not be permitted 15 minutes after the start of the event.This event will be held in English.<a href="https://ideasimagination.columbia.edu/fellows/will-harris/" title="https://ideasimagination.columbia.edu/fellows/will-harris/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Will Harris</a> will share an extract from a work-in-progress about the limits of fiction – and its place – in understanding life and death in the care system.<a href="https://ideasimagination.columbia.edu/fellows/will-harris/" title="https://ideasimagination.columbia.edu/fellows/will-harris/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Will Harris</a> is the author of poetry books RENDANG (2020) and Brother Poem (2023). He has won the Forward Prize for Best First Collection and was shortlisted for the T.S. Eliot Prize. He co-translated Habib Tengour’s Consolatio (Poetry Translation Centre) with Delaina Haslam in 2022, and helps facilitate the Southbank New Poets Collective with Vanessa Kisuule.The Rendez-Vous de l’Institut Series is generously supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.
